With 10+ years in the tech industry, Karen is committed to advancing the industry by developing strong, socially responsible leaders and partnering with others to challenge the norms of how we develop and engage our teams and individuals. She is a global leader known for her expertise and thoughtful approach to balancing business needs with cultural and people needs.  Karen is also, and most importantly, a mom of two children, age 5 and 10. Committed to her community through volunteerism and participating in PTO and other local organizations. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College, is a certified executive coach through IPEC coaching, completed the MassTLC Board Ready Bootcamp and the LeadBoston Program to develop socially responsible leaders. As an avid learner she also recently received an Operations Management certificate from MIT Exec Ed.
